• In-app notifications — reminders, alerts, budgeting guidance, payment or task reminders, and other app-generated messages designed to support your use of the Service.

You may disable in-app notifications at any time by adjusting the notification settings on your mobile device or, where available, within the app's settings menu.

Payments for subscriptions or purchases require accurate billing information and a valid payment method. By submitting payment details, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen method for applicable fees and taxes.

Our Service uses third-party service providers, including Plaid, to allow you to securely connect your financial accounts. By using our Service, you grant Sumart LLC and Plaid the right to access and transmit your personal and financial information as reasonably necessary to provide the Service. Your information will be treated in accordance with Plaid's policies at https://plaid.com/legal/.

We use Stripe to process payments. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Stripe to process the transaction in accordance with its Terms of Service at https://stripe.com/legal.

The Service allows you to connect financial accounts through third-party providers, including Plaid. By using these features, you authorize Sumart LLC and Plaid to access, retrieve, and transmit your financial information as reasonably necessary to provide the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Your financial data is provided by third-party institutions and may not always be accurate or up to date
• Sumart does not control the availability or accuracy of data provided by Plaid
• Your use of connected account features is subject to Plaid's terms and privacy policy at https://plaid.com/legal/

When you connect financial accounts through Plaid, Sumart may access and process:

• Account information (name, type, and institution)
• Account balances and available credit
• Transaction history (purchases, payments, deposits)
• Recurring transactions (subscriptions, bills, income patterns)
• Liability information (credit cards, balances, loan-related data)

This data is used solely to provide financial insights, track spending and cash flow, build your personalized debt payoff plan, and improve your experience within the Service. We do not store your bank login credentials.

Sumart offers monthly and annual subscription plans. A 7-day free trial is available for new users. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Free trials are limited to one per user.

By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis via Stripe (https://stripe.com/legal).

We may modify subscription fees with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after new fees take effect constitutes acceptance.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds must be requested directly through those platforms. For purchases made through our website, refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate at all times. The Service is designed to provide financial organization, insights, and guidance. It does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for verifying financial information and making financial decisions.

Sumart is a financial organization and informational tool and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any insights, recommendations, projections, or guidance provided through the Service — including those generated by automated systems or AI features — are for informational and educational purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service are made at your own discretion and risk
• Sumart does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any insights or recommendations
• Financial outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any financial decisions

Sumart does not guarantee any specific financial outcomes, including but not limited to debt reduction, interest savings, credit score improvement, or financial performance. Results will vary based on individual behavior, financial situation, and external factors beyond our control. You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions.

You retain ownership of any content you enter or upload. By using the Service, you grant us permission to store and process this content solely to operate the Service. Your personal and financial information will be treated in accordance with Plaid's policies at https://plaid.com/legal/.

All Sumart content, design, features, and branding are the property of Sumart LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or free trials
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Interfere with security, performance, or functionality

The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of any third-party providers.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, you must cancel through your account settings (for website purchases) or through your Apple App Store or Google Play account (for in-app purchases). Subscriptions will continue to renew until properly canceled.

To permanently delete your account and associated data, log into your account, navigate to account settings, and submit a deletion request. Once processed, your account and data will be permanently deleted and this action cannot be undone.

Upon termination or deletion, you will lose access to the Service and all associated data. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and legal compliance.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sumart LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of financial data or connected accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sumart LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses resulting from decisions made using the Service. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
